Exactly one year ago today, Beyoncé released her groundbreaking self-titled visual album. This surprise release sold 80,000 copies in just three hours and 828,773 copies worldwide in its first three days of availability, becoming the fastest-selling album in the history of the iTunes Store. It also earned Beyoncé her fifth #1 album.
Since then, BEYONCÉ has produced five hit singles, sold over 5 million copies worldwide and its videos have amassed over 500 million views. The platinum edition is now available and features two new songs, five remixes and ten videos from The Mrs. Carter Show.
